  For all items of exchange, only send back the incorrect parts whenever possible to keep return shipping costs to a minimum and reduce processing errors. If you are unsure, please ask before shipping. You are responsible for all shipping charges to and from. At no time are we responsible for loss, theft, damage, or incorrectly routed parcels. At no time are we responsible for 3rd party installation costs.   
  For all incorrect shipments, only send back the incorrect parts whenever possible. Parts returned that are not exchanged will be charged for shipping costs if they add to return shipping costs.  If you are unsure, please ask before shipping. At no time are we responsible for loss, theft, damage, or incorrectly routed parcels.   
  For all items for warranty inspection, warranty is granted only after testing is completed. No warranty replacements or deposit refunds will be made for equipment that operates as intended and within specifications or has become unusable do to application of safety features rendering the equipment locked from operation. Warranty coverage does not apply to issues of vehicle or application incompatibility, abuse, neglect, tampering, lack of specified requirements or environmental causes unless otherwise indicated. In some cases proof of installation may be required. Client is responsible for shipping charges to send items for testing, and also responsible for returns of equipment testing within specification or otherwise declined warranty coverage. At no time are we responsible for loss, theft, damage, or incorrectly routed parcels. At no time are we responsible for 3rd party installation costs. 
  For all items requiring a bench test in lieu of or in addition to field testing shipping charges are the repsonsibility of the client. We will cover shipping or partial shipping to return any equipment that tests faulty or outside required specifications by manufactured defect only. No warranty replacements will be made for equipment that operates as intended and within specifications or has become unusable do to application of safety features rendering the equipment locked from operation. Warranty coverage does not apply to issues of vehicle or application incompatibility, abuse, neglect, tampering, environmental damage, or lack of specified requirements unless otherwise indicated. In some cases proof of installation may be required. At no time are we responsible for loss, theft, damage, or incorrectly routed parcels. At no time are we responsible for 3rd party installation costs. 
  Items returned for refund must be complete, not damaged, marked or defaced in any way, and uninstalled or otherwise previously excused for completeness and bearing marks or signs of installation by us specifically. All returns for refunds, regardless of reason are subject to inspection/ All returns are subject to loss of shipping charges, even in cases of items with "free shipping." All returns are further subject to loss of processing fees (PayPal, Google Checkout, and/or store software) and/or a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping is the responsibilty of the client and is not reimbursed for any reason. Warranty items are not eligble for refund returns. At no time are we responsible for loss, theft, damage, or incorrectly routed parcels.  

Store Policies:

All orders are subject to 1 day processing time and availability of stock.

Most products ship via USPS priority mail within the US.  For non-US customers, most products will ship first class international and priority international mail.  International customers are responsible for any and all customs duties, taxes, and restrictions.  USPS priority mail (domestic) is described as an average of 2-3 day delivery, however the post office does not guarantee any set delivery times.  International delivery times vary depending on country, most estimates are 5-10 days with exception to customs clearance delays.

In the event of a product selection being out of stock, we uphold an obligation to ship the backorder product the same or next available shipping day when our stock order reaches our facility.  Back orders are at times subject to manufacturer supply or production timing, in extreme circumstances product may take 2-3 weeks for delivery at our facility.

If you are unsure about a product's features, specifications, or warranty please ask before purchase, we are happy to help you out in any way possible.

Returns are subject to inspection and our discretion should the equipment bear evidence of tampering or abuse.

Please note that whenever possible we will work with our customers to help in instances where the wrong product is ordered or compatibility issues specific to an application are not immediately apparent.  Turnagain High Lights and its partners are not responsible for determining the application, application specifics, possible restrictions, or required add-on and fixes of product installations, these are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Returns are only accepted when there is an error in shipping or delivery of wrong product due to our error.

Any product clearly labeled in a specific application as ordered is only returnable unopened and unused with a 25% restocking fee plus shipping costs within 7 days or arrival.  Once opened or used, products are only covered by their warranty as we do not sell used equipment.

Returns due to incorrect addresses or incorrect address formatting are subject to additional shipping charges once corrected.  Buyers are responsible for supplying correct address and recipient information at time of purchase, we can not guarantee ability to change recipient or address information before processing and/or shipping.

Shipping:

All shipments are made from the US, not from ports in Asia!  Shipments are sent USPS priority, or USPS priority international.  US orders can expect deliveries in 2-3 days, international shipments are 4-10 days depending on country.

Warranty:

Lifetime warranty term covers ballasts for life.  Lifetime warranty term covers bulbs for life from failure and any non-uniform change in color or intensity.  Any and all associated hardware included with the kits is also covered under the lifetime warranty.  Buyer is responsible for providing faulty part for inspection and replacement upon request as serial numbers are tracked for quality control purposes.  Upon confirmation of faulty part, any replacement parts are issued free of charge to the buyer as soon as humanly possible (just pay shipping).

Proprietary Concerns:

DIGITAL, DIGITAL HID, and DIGITAL 55 watt high-output kits are not for sale anywhere else, by anyone else.  The name, concept, and quality materials are the sole property of our company and not available to any other wholesale, manufacturing, or retail provider.  Resale and wholesale distributions are at our sole discretion and any deviation from this constitutes criminal forgery.  The quality, longevity, and scope of this product is our concept to provide the customer with the best possible performance in any HID conversion kit.

Any product descriptions and/or pictures on this website may not be used or reproduced on the internet  unless you have a written approval from Turnagain High Lights.  Failure to follow these guidelines will result in criminal charges being filed.

Disclaimer

We will do our best to notify you in advance if there are any systems on your vehicle that may cause issues that require work-around for proper function.  These instances are rare, but are getting more common on newer vehicles.  If you receive a kit and you run in to any "system issues" we will provide all the support necessary to make that kit work properly for your vehicle at that time.  We can not catch 100% of these instances as manufacturers are adding new features to their vehicles every year, but we will do our best to make sure there are no surprises when installing your kit.

We strongly recommend using the following bulb colors for your headlights:  5,000K (bright white), 6,000K (bright white with a hint of blue), or 8,000K (50/50 white/blue).  It is at your discretion if you choose to go with a bulb color higher than 8,000K.  Turnagain High Lights will not be responsible for any traffic tickets you may recieve from local law enforcement if your headlights are too blue (or any other color) overall.

We offer a warranty on the workmanship of your lights for at least one year from date of completion.  Individual components are coverd under separate warranty specific to that product, only DIGITAL brand components carry a non-transferable lifetime warranty.  Any used, products supplied by the customer are completey void of any manufacturers warranty.  For that reason we only endorse our specific product line to ensure product longevity and compatibility.  Workmanship warranty does not cover damage sustained from vehicle accident or collision, natural causes, shipping, or improper installation.  Shipping damages are the responsibility of the shipping carrier selected by the customer, however we support you in any way possible.

There is no money back guarantee on parts, only a factory warranty.  Turnagain High Lights is not responsible for any personal injury or property damage due to improper use or illegal installation of any products.

Turnagain High Lights is committed to protecting consumer privacy rights.  Turnagain High Lights will never release personal information concerning its customers under any circumstance unless required by law or legal proceeding.  Turnagain High Lights does not sell customer information or usage statistics.
